Malta is a part of the DAMAC Lagoons community which is surrounded by DAMAC Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf and Remraam. Residents can easily get to any corner of Dubai from the development, for instance, it will take about 35 minutes to get from the community to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. Dubai Marina also can be reached in 30 minutes, and Deira in 40 minutes.
About Dubailand
Dubailand is one of the largest districts in Dubai and was originally designed as an entertainment center, combining recreational projects and large residential areas. The initial development was launched back in 2003 by Tatweer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding with the cost of the implementation estimated at AED 236.2 billion. According to the original plan, Dubailand was supposed to occupy an area of 2,992,367 095 sq. ft and include 45 main developments and 200 subsidiary projects.
The most convenient travel option for Dubailand residents is to use personal transport. The area has access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which makes getting to any part of the emirate easily reachable. There are lots of parking spaces in the vicinity of the residential area and most of the apartment buildings are equipped with special covered parking lots. Residents and visitors can also use the hotels’ covered verandas or street parking.
