The world of retail and entertainment
Jumeirah Village Circle is a popular residential and commercial area consisting mainly of Arabic and Mediterranean style villas and townhouses. From above, the shape of the district looks like a flat circle. The district is adjacent to Jumeirah Village Triangle, which is another residential area with both villas and townhouses, and serves as a continuation of Jumeirah Village Circle.

Location
Jumeirah Village Circle is ideally located on the edge of the business center of Dubai, close to the three main highways of the city; Emirates Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The district is adjacent to The Springs and Dubai Sports City and only a 15 minute drive away from other business areas such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.

For medical treatment, residents can go to Right Health Karama Medical Center located close to the Al Khail Road. In the near future, Nakheel will open two new shopping centers within close proximity to Jumeirah Village called Al Khail Avenue in Jumeirah Village Triangle, and The Circle Mall in Jumeirah Village Circle.
