The world of retail and entertainment
Dubailand is one of Dubai’s largest districts and was originally designed as an entertainment center combining recreational projects and large residential areas.
Initial development began in 2003 by Tatweer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, at a cost of AED236.2 billion. According to the original plan, Dubai was to occupy an area of 2,992 367 095 sq.m. feet and comprise 45 major developments and 200 ancillary projects.
Lifestyle
The diverse communities in Dubai satisfy all possible lifestyles. Golfers can go to Arabian Ranches or Dubai Hills Estate, each with a championship golf course in the centre. If you prefer to live by the water, you can go to the First District or Tilal El Ghaf, both of which are located in artificial lagoons and contain private beaches. Al Barari offers complete tranquility in a private green enclave with a strong emphasis on sustainability and sustainability. And, of course, entertainment complexes scattered throughout Dubai, are popular attractions for individuals and families.
