Residents of Costa Brava will benefit from key features, such as private gardens, children’s water play areas, terraces and car ports. Additionally, owners of villas and 5-bedroom townhouses will have a maid’s room, balconies and an adrenaline room at their full disposal. The latter has plenty of space for a large screen and also contains a climbing wall installation, providing plenty of room for games and movie nights.
If you prefer, you can repurpose the room as a private gym or a home office, for example. All properties plan to be designed in modern hues and natural palettes, with earthy tones of brown, white and beige.

What’s around Costa Brava
Adjacent to the highly-popular DAMAC Hills community, Costa Brava in DAMAC Lagoons will be located at the junction of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Hessa Road. The community is surrounded by some of the most sought-after areas of the Emirate, such as Dubai Studio City, Tilal Al Ghaf and many more.
Meanwhile, homeowners will benefit from easy access to JBR and Dubai Marina, among other excellent leisure destinations. While the infrastructure of DAMAC Lagoons is under development, it is recommended to use a private vehicle for a hassle-free commute.

About Dubailand
Dubailand is one of the largest districts in Dubai and was originally designed as an entertainment center, combining recreational projects and large residential areas. The initial development was launched back in 2003 by Tatweer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding with the cost of the implementation estimated at AED 236.2 billion. According to the original plan, Dubailand was supposed to occupy an area of 2,992,367 095 sq. ft and include 45 main developments and 200 subsidiary projects.
The most convenient travel option for Dubailand residents is to use personal transport. The area has access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which makes getting to any part of the emirate easily reachable. There are lots of parking spaces in the vicinity of the residential area and most of the apartment buildings are equipped with special covered parking lots. Residents and visitors can also use the hotels’ covered verandas or street parking.
