Al Furjan is a developing area located in the Jebel Ali District between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It covers an area of 560 hectares. The main developer of the project is Nakheel.
The first phase of the development was completed in 2014, and it included 800 villas and 335 apartments. Al Furjan is located near the EXPO 2020 site, which prompted the construction of new residential properties.

INFRASTRUCTURE Al Furjan
The Al Furjan area is adjacent to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which links to many of Dubai’s developed areas. The Sheikh Zayed Road exit is a 10-minute drive away and provides quick access to city attractions and business centres.
Al Furjan is located near the Furjan Metro Station, which is part of the extended red line route leading to EXPO 2020. The area has two community centres: Al Furjan Pavilion and Al Furjan West Pavilion. Residents can enjoy nearby retail outlets, cafés, pharmacies, gyms, and recreational centres. The Furjan Pavilion is home to Spinneys supermarket and smaller grocery shops, such as W Fresh. The west zone offers Carrefour hypermarkets at the Discovery Gardens and the Ibn Batuta Mall.
