The Role
- Select and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs and identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way
- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, advertisements, networking, and relationships
- Head up the negotiations with clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy
- Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis
- Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage - Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent
- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms
- Maintain and update listings of your available properties with complete documentation and marketing materials
- Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
Requirements
Should have at least half a year experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Multi-lingual is an advantage (Chinese, Russian or Arabic speaker)
- Must be proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and hard working
- Extensive background in commercial and residential real estate
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and sales skills
